Return & Exchange Policy

At Brilliant Bloom, we believe your jewelry experience should be as radiant and stress-free as the pieces you choose. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return process so you can shop with confidence and flexibility.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the date it ships.
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all accompanying documentation (e.g., diamond certificates, receipts).
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA) is required for all returns and exchanges. Contact our Customer Care team to initiate the process.

Exchange Policy

  • All exchanges require a return to be completed first. We do not process exchanges directly.
  • To exchange an item, simply:
  1. Initiate a return for the original item
  2. Once the return is received and processed, place a new order for your desired item.
  • This ensures accurate inventory tracking and faster fulfillment.

Shipping & Packaging

  • All eligible returns include a complimentary, fully insured shipping label.
  • Items must be securely packaged—preferably in original packaging—and follow the instructions provided.
  • Please retain your drop-off receipt as proof of shipment and insurance coverage.
  • Note: We do not offer in-person pickups or drop-offs. All returns must be shipped using the provided label.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Engraved jewelry 
  • Resized or modified rings
  • Custom-designed or personalized items
  • Previously exchanged items
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items altered during production or improperly packaged

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within two weeks of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Returns missing documentation or submitted without a valid RA may be refused.

How to Start a Return

  2. Receive your insured shipping label and packaging instructions.
  3. Package your item securely, include all documentation, and affix the label.
  4. Drop off your package at the shipping location specified on your return label and keep the receipt as proof of shipment.
