Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Rates (U.S. Only)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected delivery speed. Estimated delivery times:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Protection

  • Insured Shipping: You may select insured shipping at checkout for added protection.
  • Signature Required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned!

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Brilliant Bloom is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit unless you select an insured shipping option. If your insured package arrives damaged:

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged items
  • Contact us at info@brilliantbloom.com before filing a claim
  • We’ll assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier

Holiday Closures

Orders are not processed or shipped on the following U.S. holidays:

  2. Memorial Day
  3. Independence Day (July 4th)
  4. Labor Day
  5. Thanksgiving Day
  6. Christmas Day
